Topic: Who are you talking to? – Targeting Project Communication….

Have you found yourself providing a status update and you’re told there is not enough detail?  OR, there is too much detail?

So often as program/project managers, we forget that we must communicate the same message several different ways depending on the audience.  Sounds like overkill.

Unfortunately, the success of the project can hinge on making sure that the correct information is communicated appropriately for each person or group receiving the message.

This presentation will explore different communication techniques for different stakeholders.

So don’t miss this presentation, as it's sure to provide new insights to help enhance and strengthen your current communication skills!!!
