Shannel Samuel is a Talent Acquisition Consultant who was recently converted from contract to full-time at AAA, reflecting her impact and performance within the organization. She brings 2 decades of experience in full-cycle recruiting across corporate, supply chain, telecom, GTM, retail, and manufacturing environments, while partnering with leaders to align talent strategy with business goals. She specializes in ATS optimization, leveraging platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Taleo, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever, UKG, and BrassRing to improve workflow efficiency and support data-driven hiring decisions. She integrates AI into her recruiting strategy to enhance sourcing and screening, and has personally used AI to strategically tailor her own resume for strong ATS alignment and competitive positioning. She is currently co-managing the internship program at AAA. Consequently, building scalable early talent pipelines for future roles.
