Sarah is a strategy and operations leader with deep expertise at the intersection of project management, sustainability, and organizational transformation. She partners with executive teams and boards to translate strategic priorities into structured execution, aligning cross-functional stakeholders and implementing systems that improve decision-making and performance.
With a background spanning consulting and enterprise environments, Sarah has led complex initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations across healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Her work focuses on operationalizing sustainability strategies—bridging high-level ESG ambitions with practical project delivery, governance frameworks, and measurable outcomes.
As a consultant, she advises senior leaders on embedding sustainability into business strategy and operations, facilitating executive workshops and guiding cross-functional teams through implementation roadmaps. She also brings hands-on experience building mission-driven organizations, including leading the development of a climate-focused nonprofit startup and launching the French-American Chamber of Commerce in Missouri, where she established strategy, operating models, and stakeholder ecosystems.
Sarah holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from Université Jean Moulin Lyon 3 and a Master’s degree in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis, bringing a global perspective to her work in sustainability and organizational leadership. She is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and former board member of the PMI St. Louis Chapter.
