In many organizations, strategy is well‑defined, yet execution falls short. Project managers often deliver outputs successfully but struggle to demonstrate measurable impact tied to strategic goals.
This interactive Lunch & Learn introduces the Operational Alignment Framework, a practical, repeatable system that connects long‑range strategy to short‑range execution through clear goals, actionable KPIs, and structured accountability. Participants will learn how to create alignment, maintain momentum, and drive meaningful results across teams and initiatives.
What You’ll Learn
By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
Describe a repeatable system for aligning long‑range strategy with short‑range operational plans
Build a clear line‑of‑sight from strategy to KPIs to actionable behaviors
Use leadership cadence and gap analysis to sustain accountability and continuous improvement
