This presentation will go through a Product Process of how to take an organizational initiative, identify who should be included/impacted, and the best process to identify all necessary requirements.

Drew Rapplean is currently a Lead Technical Product Manager for CareCentrix and Sponsorship and Community Outreach for Product Development and Management Association St. Louis Chapter. He holds 6 professional certificates including Agile Product Ownership, Agile Project & Delivery Management, Agile Team Facilitation, Certified Scrum Professional, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner. And is actively involved in coaching my son’s soccer and baseball teams while previously a volunteer for Stand Up 2 Cancer.
