WHAT WE DO
Empowering nonprofits. Driving local impact. The Outreach Team equips nonprofit organizations with cutting-edge project management tools and strategies to amplify their reach and efficacy. Through impactful events like “Project Management for a Purpose: A Day of Nonprofit Empowerment,” we teach nonprofits to convert challenges into actionable, mission-driven successes.
At our September 2025 event, nonprofit leaders were inspired and empowered with practical strategies for driving measurable results. Key sessions focused on using AI to build essential tools, including Project Charters, Work Breakdown Structures, Timeline Builders, RACI models, and Risk Log strategies. With guidance from dynamic speakers like Noah McCloud and leadership from Pradnya Sigmanandya, participants gained the skills to streamline their projects, measure outcomes, drive sustainable results, and confidence to implement continuous improvements in their projects.
This 2025 holiday season, we are thrilled to join Sweet Celebrations—a local nonprofit dedicated to providing personalized holiday and birthday celebrations for children and teens experiencing homelessness. Together, we’re hosting a Holiday Toy Drive to collect toys for children in need.
Initiatives like the Toy Drive are essential to our mission of aligning professional expertise with community impact. Together, we can bring joy to children in need while showcasing how project management tools can drive real transformations in our community.
