Event Overview

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming how organizations operate — but technical excellence alone does not guarantee project success. Many AI initiatives stall, fail to scale, or struggle with adoption because the human side of change is overlooked.

This Lunch & Learn explores why emotional intelligence (EI) has become a critical success factor for project managers leading AI initiatives. When teams face uncertainty, shifting workflows, ethical concerns, or fear of displacement, EI enables project managers to anticipate reactions, build trust, and guide stakeholders through change with clarity and confidence.

Participants will learn how EI strengthens AI project outcomes by improving communication, reducing resistance, increasing user confidence, and aligning innovation with real organizational behavior. This session is ideal for project managers navigating AI-driven transformation and seeking practical tools to improve adoption and long-term value.

What You’ll Learn

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • Explain the role of emotional intelligence in AI project success

  • Identify human factors that influence AI implementation

  • Apply EI competencies to real-world AI project scenarios

  • Integrate EI into AI project lifecycle management

  • Develop strategies to increase AI adoption, trust, and sustained usage
