The PMIMSL Youth & Social Impact team is committed to empowering young individuals and educators by equipping them with project management skills that drive success in every aspect of life. Leveraging proven tools developed by the PMI Educational Foundation (PMIEF), we collaborate with classrooms, nonprofits, and communities to deliver skills that prepare students for the challenges of tomorrow. These skills foster critical thinking, organization, and purposeful action, benefiting not only youth but their local and global ecosystems.
Since our inception, we have reached hundreds of students, enabling them to plan better, turn ideas into impactful projects, and step confidently into their future careers. Together, our team and partners are shaping the next generation of project managers and changemakers.

WHAT WE DO
Through the PMIMSL Social Impact PMIEF program, we deliver "Project Management Skills for Life," targeting school-age children in grades 9–12. Armed with PMIEF’s meticulously developed resources, we empower youth with tools to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks effectively—skills that translate seamlessly into both academic and career aspirations.
Our partnerships extend beyond the classroom, engaging nonprofits and the broader business community to cultivate future-ready talent. For local businesses and global organizations, this initiative nurtures young individuals who approach tasks with purpose and clarity, fostering a workforce built on adaptability and efficiency.
