Pivot Point Collective: Recruiter AMA 11/20/25 (virtual)

The PMIMSL Pivot Point Collective is a peer-driven community created to support project professionals as they navigate career transitions. Whether you are exploring a new role, shifting industries, or re-entering the job market, this group provides a collaborative environment to share experiences, gain practical advice, and build meaningful connections.

Through facilitated discussions, peer learning, and occasional expert insights, members have access to resources and perspectives that help them move forward with confidence.

Meetings are informal and supportive so come as you are, ready to participate and engage with fellow project professionals who share your journey.

Some of the events will be in person and some will be virtual. The team will decide which ones will be in person.

Amy Kuchenbecker is an energetic recruiting professional with over 15 years of experience connecting exceptional people with outstanding organizations. Her career spans internal, agency, and RPO recruiting, partnering with clients ranging from family-owned businesses to global innovators like Alphabet. Known for her passion for hiring excellence, Amy especially enjoys recruiting for roles in Project Management, Accounting, and Engineering.

A true adventurer at heart, Amy has lived in 16 different states and now calls Florida home (for now). She’s happily married to her “partner in crime” and brings that same enthusiasm and partnership mindset to her professional relationships—buildingauthentic, lasting connections with both clients and candidates.

Once you register for a Pivot Point Collective event, you’re all set. You don’t need to register for future sessions individually. You’ll automatically receive invites for all upcoming meetings.
