Morning Session – Project Management 101 for Nonprofits

This event introduces nonprofits to project management (PM) through an interactive morning session covering core PM principles. After networking lunch, attendees join breakout workshops with PMI Volunteers to solve real nonprofit challenges using PM tools, followed by solution sharing. The day closes with key takeaways and resources to apply PM effectively in their work.
